Paste

Paste allows you to insert text that has been cut or copied.  You can use the Paste icon graphic, or select Paste from the Edit menu or press CTRL + V on the keyboard. 

1.   Put the cursor where you want the cut or copied text to appear. 
2.   Press Paste.
